چکیده
In this paper, we establish the relation between one-sided ball potentials by means of radially singular operators in a spherical layer. Moreover, construct new Chern-type potentials.

One-Sided Interval Trees
We give an alternative treatment and extension of some results of Itoh and Mahmoud on one-sided interval trees. The proofs are based on renewal theory, including a case with mixed multiplicative and additive renewals.
متن کاملCovering Relations between Ball-quotient Orbifolds
Some ball-quotient orbifolds are related by covering maps. We exploit these coverings to find infinitely many orbifolds on P uniformized by the complex 2-ball B2 and some orbifolds over K3 surfaces uniformized by B2. We also give, along with infinitely many reducible examples, an infinite series of irreducible curves along which P is uniformized by the product of 1-balls B1× B1.
متن کاملRelationship between one-sided and two-sided Green’s function representations
The Green’s function, defined as the response recorded at the acquisition surface for a source located in the interior of the subsurface, is a combination of the downgoing and upgoing wave fields needed to reconstruct an image of the discontinuities inside the earth. Two-sided Green’s function representations require measurement on the full boundary enclosing the domain of interest and allow us...
متن کاملOn one-sided versus two-sided classification
One-sided classiiers are computable devices which read the characteristic function of a set and output a sequence of guesses which converges to 1 ii the set on the input belongs to the given class. Such a classiier is two-sided if the sequence of its output in addition converges to 0 on sets not belonging to the class. The present work obtains the below mentioned results for one-sided classes (...
